Samuel A. Amartey

Samuel is a financial accounting and tax professional with over 12 years in public accounting, not for profit organizations and banking. He trained with John Nipah & Associates a firm of chartered accountants and has worked in internal audit, financial accounting and credit management. Some of the organizations he worked for are Ghana Supply Company Ltd, and Graphic Communication Group Ltd.
He is a member and has a practicing certificate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana. He has a solid understanding of finance, accounting, taxation and auditing. Samuel has just completed Master of Science in Accounting & Finance at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon.
Michael Opoku

Michael is a financial accounting and tax professional with about 8 years’ experience. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of chartered Accountants. In addition, Michael holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Management from the University of Cape Coast. He worked as head of finance in the following companies, Express Life Insurance, Ivory Finance Company and CDH Financial Holdings.
He is a tax professional with an in- depth practical experience in corporate tax planning and corporate advisory service.
